Return & Refund policy

At Elena Frost Gallery, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Below is our return policy for both original artwork and prints/merchandise:

Original Artwork (including Commissions):
  • All sales of original artwork are final. Due to the unique nature of each piece, we do not accept returns or exchanges for original artwork unless the item arrives damaged.

  • Damaged Artwork: If your original artwork arrives damaged, we will cover return shipping costs and offer either a refund or, if possible, a replacement with a similar piece of artwork (subject to availability).

    • If a replacement is not available, we will process a full refund once the damaged artwork is returned.

    • Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the damaged item and provide photographic evidence of the damage, including the packaging. We will then guide you through the return process.

    • We ensure that each piece is fully insured during shipping.

  • If you have any questions or need more details before purchasing, please feel free to contact us for additional photos or information.

Prints and Merchandise (Sold through Fine Art America):
  • Prints and other merchandise, such as accessories or greeting cards, are handled and shipped by Fine Art America.

  • Fine Art America offers a 30-day return policy for prints and merchandise. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it directly to Fine Art America within 30 days for a refund or replacement. The item must be in its original condition.

  • Damaged or Defective Items: If your print or merchandise arrives damaged or defective, please contact Fine Art America directly for a replacement or refund. Fine Art America will handle the process and shipping fees for defective items.
