1. How do I order a pet Portrait?

   Click ‘Order Now’ on the ‘Commissioned Pet Portraits’ page and follow the steps to purchase. Then, email 3–5 high-quality photos for reference (e.g., colors and details) as outlined in ‘How It Works.’

2. What does 'pet ashes lovingly blended in the paint' mean?

   Elena will mix a small amount of your pet’s cremated ashes into the base layer of the paint so that the ashes are incorporated throughout the painting. The ashes will not be noticeable in the final painting, but your pet will forever be a part of it.

3. How do I send ashes for my painting?

   Elena will provide a shipping address after your order. Send a teaspoon or two of ashes in a secure container.

4. How long does it take to complete a pet portrait?

   Pet portraits typically take 6–8 weeks, with possible extensions based on extras or portrait details.

5. What if my photos aren't suitable?

   Elena will contact you to request additional photos. If suitable ones can’t be provided, you’ll get a full refund.

6. When do I pay for my pet portrait?

   Full payment is due at the time of order. Orders are not refundable once painting begins.
